As we head into fall, the symptoms of dry eyes become more abundant in the cool weather. Many of my patients complain of irritation, chronic redness, foreign body sensation, and even tearing.  Tearing ironically is a sign of dry eyes.  Remember to lubricate  your eyes with artificial tears and even increase your omega 3 fatty acid intake.   These simple things often improve the symptoms of dry eyes.
