Obagi® Skin Care

Keamy Eye & Laser Centre offers the Obagi skin care systems to condition and enhance skin. Obagi NuDerm System uses a specific sequence of products to correct and protect skin. Obagi NuDerm helps correct brown spots and fine lines by transforming the skin's cellular function, making the skin look and act younger.

The Obagi CRX system helps young skin with minimal to mild hyperpigmentation and early signs of photo damage. The Obagi CRX system helps correct hyperpigmentation, accelerate skin turnover, and minimize future photodamage by neutralizing free radicals. The Obagi Rosaclear System is a prescription system that reduces signs and symptoms of rosacea. Obagi Rosaclear reduces redness and flushing to help rosacea patients achieve a more calm, even-toned complexion.

Obagi Blue Peel Radiance™

Dr. Keamy now offers the Obagi Blue Peel Radiance™. The Obagi Blue Peel Radiance is lunchtime chemical peel that improves the texture, tone, and photodamage of the skin.  The Obagi Blue Peel Radiance can help with pigmentary changes in the skin. Smoother and brighter skin is noticeable after only one treatment.  For best results, a series of 4-6 Blue Peel Radiance treatments is recommended.

SilkPeel™ Microdermabrasion

SilkPeel™ Microdermabrasion is the only treatment of its kind that goes beyond microdermabrasion. Silk Peel microdermabrasion provides simultaneous exfoliation and dermalinfusion of specific formulas. Silk peel Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive spa procedure that rejuvenates the appearance of the skin by treating sun damage, scarring, wrinkles and other unwanted skin problems. Silk Peel Microdermabrasion gently exfoliates the outer layer of skin, leaving fresh, younger-looking skin and a renewed appearance. Silk Peel Microdermabrasion may be combined with other procedures such as the Obagi blue radiance peel or Obagi skin care.

Latisse®

Full, natural-looking eyelashes can now be achieved through a prescription treatment called Latisse®. Latisse is the first and only eyelash treatment approved by the FDA to help grow longer, fuller and darker eyelashes and treat hypotrichosis, a condition that includes having inadequate or not enough eyelashes.

This prescription medication is applied topically to the base of the eyelashes once a day, after makeup and contact lenses have been removed and any other skincare products have already been applied.

The results of Latisse are visible after 4 weeks, with full results appearing after 16 weeks. Side effects of Latisse are rare but may include itching, redness or dryness in the eye area. You should not use Latisse if you have an active eye infection or broken skin or irritated skin on the eyelid. Consult with Dr. Keamy to find out if Latisse is right for you.
